Challenge

Transform the myAudi app from a functional utility into a connected ownership experience drivers can rely on every day. 

The Work

We designed and developed a set of features that support drivers at every stage of ownership, from pre-purchase to long after delivery. 

Wishlist lets users save and revisit custom Audi builds, turning the app into a space for exploration, not just post-purchase management. 

Order Tracker gives buyers real-time updates from factory to driveway, replacing uncertainty with anticipation. 

Video Tutorials provide model-specific guidance to help drivers feel confident from day one. 

Online Service Scheduler makes booking service simple, directly within the app. 

Working closely with Audi’s global and regional teams, we delivered native iOS and Android experiences that are fast, accessible, and brand-aligned. Behind the scenes, we modernized the app architecture to support future hybrid frameworks, making it easier to scale and launch features efficiently across markets around the globe. 

Outcome

We delivered a native Order Tracker MVP in under two months, scaled it to eight countries, cut service scheduler timelines from 18 months to 6, and modernized the app architecture for faster cross-platform deployment.
